This is a great true story, and it does bring some awareness to this issue, but………………….Maybe there could be more.
Maybe there is someone out there that could start a company like Kickstarter, call it something like “Mentorstarter”. People could donate money thru this company, to individual/team mentors with specific issues (homeless kids being just one of many) that they feel are worthy. Because the real question is, how far can $50,000 go to getting a person/family into private homes, into school systems, and on to productivity.
